pain-3

What is pain therapy?

A series of mobility techniques, self-release strategies, and functional movements that help to increase flexibility and strength to reduce chronic pain.
This leads to more productivity, less time off, and increased moral, energy, happiness, creativity, and clarity of thought which leads to an overall better work life balance.

Pain Therapy

Consists of a 3 pronged approach for long life and better health!

  • 1

    MOBILITY

Mobility techniques refer to how our bodies function in our daily lives. By incorporating easy-to-do mobility techniques throughout the day, you will be decreasing mental and physical stress, improving your posture, body awareness, and decreasing your chronic pain.

  • 2

    SELF-RELEASE STRATEGIES

Most of the time our bodies will tell us instinctually what is needed to help us to feel better, but how many of us don't take the time to actually listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us? The self-release strategies that you will learn will help you implement the practices to reduce your chronic pain and become more productive throughout your day.

    Functional Movements

When Functional movement exercises are performed consistently, compensatory patterns will be reduced, posture will be restored, and you will achieve a more optimal lifestyle. You will reduce the effects of aging, reduce spinal compression from prolonged sitting, and minimize injuries caused by disuse of muscles. These exercises will help you to strengthen the muscles which will lead to more energy, postural endurance, and overall more optimal daily function.

How does it work?

Using the three pronged approach, we will take you through a series of exercises that will enhance joint mobility, release over-contracted muscles, strengthen over-lengthened muscles, all in small increments throughout the day.

These techniques have been used in our practice of over 20 years to help thousands out of pain and back into life.
